Browning of the text block edges and some rubs to the book panels. Light browning to the internal text and there is an erasure mark and handling marks to the free front endpapers. Plain text dustwrapper with red background and back titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing to the dustwrapper edges and creasing to the top dustwrapper edge. The major fault with the dustwrapper is very heavy fading of the backstrip with almost complete fading of the red background. Black and white photograph of author to the rear fold over panel. On the verso of the dustwrapper are some marks, pink coloured pencil. The novel about a father and his daughter and the boy Jack and his impact upon their lives.
